The Team page shows everyone in your workspace and lets you invite new members. Go to Dashboard → Team.

Seat limits

Each plan includes a set number of seats:

Your current usage is shown at the top of the Team page as X / Y seats used.
Pending invitations do not count toward your seat limit. A seat is only consumed when someone accepts an invite and joins the workspace.
If you reach your limit, you can either remove a member or add extra seats from the Billing settings.

On Pro and Agency plans you can purchase extra seats beyond your plan’s included limit.

To add seats, go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click Add a seat under the Add-ons section.

Inviting a team member

Open the Team page

Go to Dashboard → Team.

Enter the email address

Type the email address of the person you want to invite into the invite field.

Choose a role

Select Member or Admin from the role dropdown.

Send the invite

Click Send invite. The person receives an email with a link to join.
You cannot send an invite to an email that already belongs to a member or has a pending invite. Each pending invite has a unique link you can copy and share directly — useful if the email doesn’t arrive. In the Pending invitations list, find the invite and click Copy link. Share the copied URL with your invitee.

Pending invitations

The Pending invitations section lists all invites that haven’t been accepted yet. For each invite you can:
  • Copy link — get the invite URL to share manually
  • Revoke — cancel the invite so the link no longer works

Team members list

The Team members section shows all accepted members with their name, email, and role badge.

Roles

Standard access to the workspace. Members can work with documents and clients but cannot manage workspace settings or billing.
Full access including workspace settings, billing, and team management. Admins can invite and remove other members.

Removing a member or leaving a workspace

To remove a member, find them in the Team members list and click Remove. This frees up their seat immediately. To leave a workspace yourself, find your own entry in the list and click Leave workspace. You will be redirected to the workspace selector.
Removing a member cannot be undone. They will lose access to the workspace immediately.
