Review your current plan, upgrade, purchase credit packs, and manage payment. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

Upgrading your plan
Open Billing settings
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
Find the plan you want
In the Plans & upgrades section, locate the Pro or Agency card.
Click Upgrade
Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Agency. You will be taken to the checkout flow to complete payment.
Cancelling your plan
Click Cancel subscription on the current plan card. You will be asked to confirm.
Cancelling also cancels any extra seat add-ons billed separately. Your workspace moves to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. You can upgrade again at any time.
Add-ons
Need more team members than your plan includes? You can add extra seats on Pro and Agency.

Extra seats are not available on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro or Agency first.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that top up your AI credits. They do not expire and carry forward each billing cycle.

Credit packs are available on all plans, including Free. They are a good option if you need occasional extra AI capacity without upgrading.
AI credits
AI credits power chat, document generation, and AI edits. Different actions consume different amounts.
- Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
- Purchased pack credits never expire.
To see your current credit balance and usage breakdown, go to Dashboard → Settings → Usage.
Managing payment
Click Manage billing (Dodo) on the current plan card to open the Dodo billing portal. From there you can update your payment method, download invoices, and review past charges.
Usage tab
The Usage tab (Dashboard → Settings → Usage) shows:
- A credit bar with plan credits, purchased credits, used, and remaining
- Total AI token usage and last 7-day usage
- A breakdown by model
- A detailed usage log of recent AI requests
