Key metrics
Four KPI cards appear at the top of the dashboard. Each card compares the current period to the previous one and shows a trend indicator.Total Views
The total number of times your documents were opened during the selected date range.
Unique Viewers
The number of distinct people who viewed at least one document. One person opening three documents counts as one unique viewer.
Documents Shared
The number of share events recorded — each time a document link was sent to a recipient.
Avg Response Time
The average time between a document being shared and a recipient first opening it. Displayed in minutes, hours, or days depending on the value.
Charts
Activity over time
The area chart plots views, shares, and comments as separate lines across the selected date range. Use it to spot engagement spikes — for example, a surge in views shortly after you send a proposal.Document status
The horizontal bar chart shows how many documents currently sit at each stage of your workflow: Draft, Sent, Open, Commented, Signed, and Archived. Use it to see where documents are getting stuck.Top documents
The Top Documents table lists your most-viewed documents for the selected period, sorted by total view count. Each row shows:| Column | What it means |
