Control how your workspace looks in client-facing documents and the client portal. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Brand. Upload your agency logo to display it on documents and the client portal.

Open Brand settings

Go to Dashboard → Settings and select the Brand tab.

Upload your logo

Click Upload logo. Select a PNG or JPEG file from your computer.

Replace an existing logo

If you already have a logo, click Replace logo to swap it out.
Your logo appears immediately in the live preview below the form.

Brand font

Choose the typeface applied to your client-facing documents. Open the Brand font dropdown and select one of the available options:
FontStyle
DM SansClean, geometric sans-serif
InterNeutral, highly legible sans-serif
GeistModern, minimal sans-serif
Playfair DisplayElegant, high-contrast serif
Source Serif 4Readable, editorial serif
The live preview updates instantly so you can see how the font looks alongside your logo before saving.

Preview

The preview card at the top of the page shows your logo and font together as clients will see them. Use it to check the combination before saving.

Whitelabel

Remove Docsiv branding from documents and set a custom email sender address.
Whitelabel features require Pro or higher. The toggle and custom email field are disabled on the Free plan.

Hide Docsiv branding

Toggle Hide Docsiv branding to remove all Docsiv references from client-facing documents. This is available on Pro and Agency plans.

Custom email sender

Custom email sender requires the Agency plan.
Set the From address used for outgoing emails — for example, noreply@yourcompany.com. Enter your address in the Custom email sender field and save. When left blank, Docsiv sends emails from its default address.

Saving changes

Click Save changes after updating any setting. Logo uploads save immediately without needing to click Save.
